GS# 346-009 Facility Improvements Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum

RENOVATE EXISTING LOBBY, GIFT SHOP, AND INDUCTEE DISPLAY WALL. THIS WORK WILL INCLUDE THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING "ORANGE" WALL, FLOORING AND FINISHES. NEW WORK WILL INCLUDE NEW ENTRY DISPLAYS, GIFTSHOP MERCHANDISING, LIGHTING, AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING LOGO SIGNAGE AND EXHIBITS, AND FINISHES. EXISTING "ANALOG" LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE MUSEUM WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW DIGITAL LIGHTING CONTROL PACKAGE. THE LIGHTING CONTROL PACKAGE WILL BE PROGRAMMED FOR STAFF USE AND CONTROL. REPLACE EXISTING HIGH-BAY LIGHTING WITH LED LAMPS TO MATCH EXISTING LIGHTING OUTPUT. DEMOLISH TWO EXISTING TAPERED PYLONS IN EXISTING COURTYARD, REPAIR/REPLACE EXISTING PLAZA CONCRETE, AND RELOCATE EXISTING DONOR BRICK AS REQUIRED. INSTALL NEW PEDESTRIAN PLAZA LIGHTING AND LIGHTS FOR BUILDING SIGNAGE. INSTALL NEW GRAPHIC WRAP AT EXISTING STOREFRONT AND INSTALL NEW "WALL WASHER" LIGHTING IN EXISTING SOFFIT TO LIGHT EXTERIOR. RENOVATE EXISTING TOILETS. THIS WORK WILL INCLUDE NEW FINISH TILE, CEILING, TOILET PARTITIONS, TOILET FIXTURES, AND LAVATORIES.

A deposit of $200.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the
project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive
irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at
the bid site.

Deposits are refundable upon return of documents in good condition by 12/26/22 to Wier Boerner Allin Architecture

Payment must only be made using a deposit check and cannot be paid for with a credit card.

Documents will be delivered/shipped only upon receipt of check; expedite process by sending an electronic copy of deposit check to Email: dford@wbaarchitecture.com Orders will be delivered/shipped within 1-2 business days of deposit receipt. Deposits are required from all bidders.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addendum. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
