GS# 102-296 Hangar Door Replacement Delta State University
1. Install new stl. framing (with related conc. ftgs.) as req'd to frame new hangar door opening, including infill of portions of exist. opening. 2. Install new hydraulic hangar door w/ all related utilities. 3. Replace exist. wall panels (and related trim) and blanket insulation @ west facade to match existing panels in configuration, color, etc. install wall panels and liner panels, w/ sprayed insulation, on/in new hangar door. 4. Reinstall all exist. elec./mech. devices at facade after new wall panels are installed. 5. Coat new conc. patches with urethane coating to match exist. Re-coat hangar floor with gloss urethane coating. ( See extent @ Plan). 6. Restore sealant joints at pavements/ slabs disturbed by new construction. 7. Paint all exposed new steel framing (cols., beams, girts, exposed portions of new hangar door, etc.)
