GS# 103-319 Residence Hall Renovations (Phase Three Building Renovations) Jackson State University
Scope of work includes the demolition and re-construction of the building envelope and interior build-back of an existing, five-story, 90,495 SF dormitory. Interior demolition has been completed by separate contract. New exterior walls will consist of brick masonry with cast stone accents on a metal stud backup. Fenestration will be aluminum storefront with insulated glass. Roof is low-slope modified bitumen. Project includes interior partitions, millwork, ceiling systems, and all finishes, as well as new elevators. Full plumbing, electrical and life safety systems are included.
