A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at the
above address before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 30th day of October , 2025 , for:
B. Project Description: This project involves transforming an abandoned fire station into a new vocational
school. The scope includes light renovations to both the interior and exterior, with a focus on
functionality, accessibility, and modernization. Planned improvements consist of a thorough deep
cleaning of the facility, upgrades to ensure full ADA accessibility, and a fresh coat of paint throughout.
Minor exterior enhancements to the building’s facade will improve curb appeal while maintaining the
existing character of the structure. In addition, selective updates will be made to building systems to
bring the facility up to current standards and ensure it is well equipped to serve its new purpose as a
learning environment. This project will be broken into two phases: Phase One: Will focus on the interior
renovations so that students can occupy the intended spaces as quickly as possible. Phase Two: Will
address the exterior site improvements and facade upgrades to complete the transformation of the
facility. .

39208, on the 21st day of October, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. All bidders are invited to attend to walk the site
and ask any remaining questions.
F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent
of the Bid Amount .
G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00.2113 - Instructions to Bidders and
Document 00.3100 - Available Project Information.
H. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days
after submission.
J. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.

Shipping, if required, is added to any order based on method selected. Out-of-State orders will not be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 8.0% sales tax.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION
Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addendum. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
