GS 210-073 New Men's Residence Hall Mississippi Delta Community College
Site work and construction of new two-story residence hall on existing site at Mississippi Delta Community College. The new building includes deep foundation auger cast piles and cold formed steel structure; brick veneer with cast stone accents; asphalt shingle and mod bit roofing systems; cement board siding and soffits; aluminum storefront and window systems; acoustical ceiling systems, resilient flooring, porcelain tile finish systems; hydraulic elevator. The site work includes paving, sidewalks, recreational sport courts and lighting, pavers and shade structures. The bid alternates include additional dorm rooms added to each wing of the building, and additional site features.
