Under Base Bid: Reroof of roof areas A, B, and C with new modified bitumen roof system as described in the drawings, details and specifications. Add Alternate #1: Additional cost to the base bid to reroof areas D and E with new modified bitumen roof system as described in the drawings, details and specifications. Alternate #2: The cost to reroof with new single-ply thermoplastic polyolefin, (TPO) roof system in lieu of a modified bitumen roofing system on all roof areas (a-E). The contractor will be responsible for adjusting the roof details to accommodate the TPO system while maintaining the overall requirements of the details.
