NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposal will be received by The City of Ridgeland at 100 West School Street, Ridgeland MS 39157
until 2:00 p.m. on, March 24,2022, for the Project known as:
Ridgeland Court Services Renovation
The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 100 West School Street,
Ridgeland MS 39157 in the Board Room at City Hall.

Bid documents are being made available as paper prints or digital PDFs. Plan holders are required to register
and order bid documents at Jackson Blueprint 601-353-5803. Bid documents are refundable if returned postbid
within 10 days and in usable condition. All documents must be purchased through the website. All plan
holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. For anyone interested in submitting bids
electronically in place of a sealed bid, they may do so only though www.centralbidding.com Questions
regarding online bidding please contact Central Bidding at (225)-810-4814. Bid documents will only be made
available to plan holders as entire documents including drawings and specifications. Partial sets will not be
issued.
The project will consist of a single Bid Package including Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical construction
as indicated in bid documents.
Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate only upon the blank proposal forms provided with the specifications.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid,
payable to The City of Ridgeland as bid security.
A Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the
successful bidder.
The Contracts will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidders, except that The City of Ridgeland
reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.

An electronic downloadable set is $25.00 plus applicable sales tax.

Purchase of entire printed bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addendas released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addendums are issued
and it will be the responsibility of each bid set holder to either download the addenda from the website, or contact Jackson Blueprint to place an order for a printed copy of the addenda.
Shipping, if required, is added to any order based on method selected. Out-of-State orders will not be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 8.0% sales tax.
Online orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All sales are final.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION
Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addendum. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from
being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “notification@jaxblue.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall. To prevent not receiving timely notification of these addenda, please contact your company Information Technology Manager and ask that he “white list” the domain of jaxblue.com to prevent emails from being captured.
