Rowan Hall Second Floor Renovation-Counseling Center Alcorn State University

This project is a renovation of the existing second floor of Rowan Hall located at Alcorn State University in Lorman, MS. The project consists of an interior renovation that will include the following: new walls, new floor finishes, a new ADA bathroom, painting, finish carpentry, electrical work, and mechanical work. Total square footage of the second floor is approximately 2,620 GSF with a work area of 1,500 square feet.

bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.

Payment must only be made using a deposit check and cannot be paid for with a credit card.

Deposit does not include shipping. UPS Ground Shipping is an additional $25.00 payable to Jackson Blueprint and Supply.
After placing your order, please contact Jackson Blueprint at 601-353-5803 to arrange payment for shipping or you may
furnish your own UPS or FedEx account number. Plans may be picked up at Jackson Blueprint to avoid shipping
charges.

Deposits are required from all bidders.

Contract documents will not be delivered/shipped until receipt of deposit check. Orders will be delivered/shipped within 1-2 business days from time of deposit check received.

Order will include any existing addenda that have been issued.

All plans and specification documents must be returned in good condition to Duvall Decker by 03-25-2021 to retrieve your deposit check. Checks are forwarded to COMPANY after this date.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addenda will be available as part of your bid package. Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “notification@jaxblue.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall. To prevent not receiving timely notification of these addenda, please contact your company Information Technology Manager and ask that he “white list” the domain of jaxblue.com to prevent emails from being captured.
