Re-roof of the lodge and hotel at J.P. Coleman State Park. The new roof will be shingles over new felt with Ice and Water Shield in the valleys and roof edges. New gutters and downspouts will be installed, and minor repairs will be made. New ridge vents will also be installed. The roof(s) are approximately 20,000 square feet total.
