GS# 350-022 Hail Damage (PH II-Woolfolk)

This is a re-roofing project on the Woolfolk Office Building in downtown Jackson, Ms. This primary building’s roof consists of over 20 separate roof areas and is up to 16 floors in height. The roof work will consist of a complete tear-off of the existing modified bitumen system down to the deck and the installation of new tapered insulation and modified bitumen roofing. There is an alternate for re-roofing the adjacent mechanical annex building. All access for materials and personnel will be from the exterior of the buildings. The primary building’s roof is approximately 38,000 square feet and the mechanical annex building’s roof is approximately 14,000 square feet.
