Neshoba General The W Nursing School
This project renovates an existing building on the Neshoba General campus to create a modern instructional facility for The W’s nursing program. The renovated space will include flexible classrooms, simulation labs, and collaborative learning areas. The project will be delivered under a Construction Manager model with Yates Construction serving as the CM. To streamline procurement and clearly define trade responsibilities, the work will be issued in three separate bid packages: General Trades, Electrical, and Mechanical.
