Art Center of Mississippi ADA Restroom Renovation (Re-Bid)
The project owner is City of Jackson, with the Prime Architect being Michael Baker International, Consultant is M3A Architecture, and Mechanical/ Electrical Engineers is I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. This project entails restroom renovations and ADA compliance upgrades. The demolition scope entails demolishing existing plumbing fixtures, doors and frames, walls, as required, finish flooring, and ceiling finishes. The renovation scope is comprised of providing new plumbing fixtures, new doors and frames, new wall construction, new finish flooring, and new ceiling finishes. There is also an alternate for providing a new storefront entrance system.
