GS# 203-056 Band Hall Addition at East Central Community College
This project consist of the construction of a 10,680 square foot Band Hall for East Central Community College in Decatur, Mississippi. The Building’s structure is comprised of slab on grade, steel framing with metal stud infill, and light gauge metal trusses. The exterior is comprised of brick veneer, cast stone trim, curtain wall, aluminum storefront, and standing seam roof. The layout contains the band rehearsal, instrument and uniform storage, practice studios, offices, and accompanying restroom facilities. Interior finishes are gypsum board, acoustical wall panels, LVT, carpet, ceramic tile, and acoustical ceiling tiles. The project includes all required sitework, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The HVAC is a chilled water cooling system with mechanical yard.
