Project #2019-001 Alcorn State University Pea Shelling Facility

The scope of work consists of the following: A pre-engineered structural steel frame for a 160’ x 80’ footprint. Metal roof with insulation. Concrete slab and foundation for the building and a driveway turnaround. Grading to install soil to raise the floor slab above the existing grade. Subsurface work for water supply to the building and connection of the fire alarm system to an alarm control panel located in an existing building. Rain water control diversion areas. New gravel road bed. Reconfigure two existing chain link fences for the addition of gates. Electrical work to include a fire alarm system, lighting and overhead power outlets points. Painting. Prefabricated guardrail system.

Alcorn State Univeristy at 1000 ASU Drive 1169, Lorman, MS 39096 until 2:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, 06/18/2020, for:

A deposit of $50.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project
manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addendum. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
