Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of Duvall Decker Architects, P.A., 2915 North
State Street, Jackson, Mississippi, Phone Number (601) 713-1128 upon payment of $100.00 deposit,
fully refundable to bona fide bidders if plans and specifications are returned within ten days in good
condition.
A pre-bid conference will be conducted January 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Canton Readiness Center,
2954 HWY 51S, Canton, MS 39046
ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department
has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment
is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.
The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award
of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 90 (ninety) days from bid date.

Deposit does not include shipping. UPS Ground Shipping is an additional $21.60 payable to Jackson Blueprint and Supply.

furnish your own UPS or FedEx account number. Plans may be picked up at Jackson Blueprint to avoid shipping
charges.
Deposits are required from all bidders.
Contract documents will not be delivered/shipped until receipt of deposit check. Orders will be delivered/shipped within 1-2 business days from time of deposit check received.
Order will include any existing addenda that have been issued.
All plans and specification documents must be returned to Jackson Blueprint by 02-28-19 to retrieve your deposit check. Checks are forwarded to COMPANY after this date.
ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION
Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addenda will be available as part of your bid package.
Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “notification@jaxblue.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall. To prevent not receiving timely notification of these addenda, please contact your company Information Technology Manager and ask that he “white list” the domain of jaxblue.com to prevent emails from being captured.
