IHL #209-568 UMMC West Wing Renovation

The project scope includes the interior renovation of approximately 8,200 sf on the second floor west wing (Building H) into active patient rooms. Renovations will include the following: 1) Abatement of existing hazardous materials. 2) Demolishing existing structural clay tile and metal stud framed partitions, door openings, plumbing fixtures, lighting, fan coil units, ductwork, electrical components and systems, countertops and millwork, and finishes. 3) Core drilling the existing concrete slab for new piping penetrations. 4) Erection and installation of new metal stud framed partitions, door openings, infill wall panels, washroom accessories, handrails and bumper rails. 5) Installation of a new air handling unit within the existing mechanical room with new ductwork and HVAC system. 6) Installation of new plumbing fixtures, including water closets, sinks, shower units, and drinking fountain. 7) Installation of a new automatic sprinkler system. 8) Installation of new lighting, power, communications, nurse call system, intercom, fire alarm system, and security system components. 9) Installation of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The estimated construction cost range is $1.1M - $1.2M.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addendum. Failure to order bid sets through Jackson Blueprint and not being on the planholders list may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
