JMAA Project # 017-17 Maintenance Facility Roof Replacement
The scope of work includes the complete roof replacement of the existing roof systems at the maintenance facility. The facility has two connected buildings via a covered walkway with two roof types that are a standing seam metal roof and ballasted roof system. Each existing roof system will be removed to existing decking or substructure and replaced with new roof components as identified in technical specifications and drawings to meet specified warranty and manufacturer’s requirements.
