The project consists of infilling the entire shelled second floor and half of the shelled fifth floor of the existing Translational Research Center with approximately 25,000 total square feet of offices, conference rooms, dry laboratories, and support spaces. The scope of work will include minor demolition, new interior partitions, door openings, interior storefronts, finishes, and architectural casework. Work also includes extending the existing mechanical and plumbing systems, lighting, power and communications, and re-configuring the existing sprinkler system. Estimated project cost is $3.6 million.

ADDENDUM DISTRIBUTION

Printed copies of addendum will be available as part of your bid package upon request by contacting Jackson Blueprint.
