Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) Lighting System, Bunker Light Repairs and Construction of Parking, Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Camp Shelby, MS

Construction of Parking Lot, Improvements to Existing Lightning Protections Systems, Replacement of the Existing Lighting with Explosion Proof LED Lighting, and additions of Lightning Protection Systems on selected Buildings. WW2 Bunkers are unusable; therefore, Munitions are presently being stored in Post WW2 Bunkers. During rework of Post WW2 Bunkers, Munitions shall not be stored while Lightning Protection and Lighting system upgrade work is occurring. The Contractor shall complete WW2 Bunkers first so that they may be used during shutdown of Post WW2 Bunkers. It is expected that three (3) Post WW2 Bunkers may be shutdown simultaneously at a given time. Munitions shall be relocated by Government. Contractor shall coordinate sequencing of Post WW2 Bunker shutdowns to maintain schedule.

Adjutant General, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202-1271. Electronic Bids may
be received via MAGIC portal but the preferred method for the MS Military Department is
Physical Receipt.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department
has Forty-Five (45) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application
for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities.
Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid
